dotNotify Refund Policy

The following Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all users of dotnotify.io and is part of the Terms of Service.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

This is a subscription product that can be cancelled at anytime. To cancel your subscription, please visit our Help Page, and fill out our form.

Please be sure to include the email associated with your Discord account that you have connected to dotNotify. Please also provide proof of purchase in the form of an order number, subscription number or invoice.

As this is a subscription product, you will retain access to all of your subscription benefits until the end of your current subscription term. For example, if you are subscribed monthly, you will retain access to your subscription benefits until your next due monthly payment. The same applies for annual subscriptions.

At our sole discretion we only offer refunds on subscription products within 7 days of initial purchase. If 7 days have passed since your initial purchase, you will not receive a refund. If you do receive a refund based on our policy, you will lose access to all subscription benefits immediately.

We will not bill you again if you cancel your subscription.

To Request Cancellation Or A Refund:

To begin a refund we require that you visit our Help Page and fill out our form, or email help@dotnotify.io with your name, reason, and an invoice/order number, or proof of purchase containing the order information.

  • You must provide us with a reason for requesting a refund.
  • We do not accept “bullying refunds.” All refunds are at our sole discretion.
  • Disputing (Charging back) a purchase will result in a permanent termination and blacklist from using our services, and no refund will be given.
  • A receipt and order number are required for a refund.
