Subscription & Duration

 

Paid Subscription Options

We offer a paid subscription that can be purchased on either a monthly or yearly (annual) basis. This subscription grants access to all paid features on our platform.

  • Start of Subscription: Paid subscriptions become active on the day we receive your payment.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are set to renew automatically using the payment method selected at the time of purchase. To prevent renewal, you must cancel the subscription before the end of the current subscription period. You can do that by contacting us via email on help@dotnotify.io.
  • Subscription Duration: The duration of a renewed subscription will be equal to the original term, either monthly or annually.

Suspension and Termination of Access for Non-Payment and Other Reasons

We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or limit your access to the features of our platform in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  1. Non-Payment: If you fail to pay the required fees for your subscription.
  2. Breach of Terms: If we have reasonable grounds to believe you are in violation of these Terms or any other applicable provisions.

No Entitlement to Compensation

Refund Policy

We provide a full refund on subscription fees if requested within 7 days of your initial purchase. This does not include renewal subscriptions. We do not provide refunds on subscription renewals.

Software License & Intellectual Property

Upon subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use our software and its updates solely for your purposes. We retain all intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and any other rights. The software is licensed, not sold to you.

Free Feature Usage
